The Gen4 30-inch SFC Stripping Mat is built for serious fly anglers fishing from skiffs and larger vessels. Our patent-pending ergonomic design catches more line than conventional oval or rectangular mats, while its portable design lets you position it in front, beside or behind you.
Each mat includes 24 removable spikes in 1.5" and 3" heights, allowing you to configure the mat for your casting position and conditions. A 10-liter dry bag is included for easy storage.
Made from premium-grade silicone rubber, SFC mats are soft under bare feet, resistant to saltwater and UV exposure, and built to last. Fold it, roll it, bend it or stuff it into a compartment—it won't crease or lose its shape and always lays flat when you're ready to fish.
New for Gen4: A specialized surface treatment gives the mat and spikes a smoother, less-tacky finish that reduces line drag and resists dirt and debris.
We've relentlessly refined one thing: control. Thousands of SFC mats are already on the water, trusted by guides and anglers worldwide, with a 4.98/5 rating from verified customers and zero reported product failures.
Proven performance. Built to fish.
